BioRay's preferred method of shipping to accounts in the U.S. is Federal Express Ground.

Same Day Shipping

All orders received by 2:00pm PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 2:00pm PST will be shipped the next working day.
Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on the following Business day.

Product Returns

All returns must be pre-approved by BioRay, Inc. and received by BioRay within 14 business days of authorization.
No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of purchase.
Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges.
